I’ve ordered the wrong product. May I exchange it?

Fill out the form with all the relevant information to your order and at the end, it will be processed in order to take to a delivery service. 

We will need:

• Your order number
• Item(s) description
• Value of item(s)
• Your full name, full address and email address

Please note:

• All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.
• Returned items should not be damaged or used.
• Return postage is not free-of-charge.
• Please use a reputable courier or shipping service, when making the return. 
• Exchanges are usually sent out within a 5 working day period.
• Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are, unfortunately, not refundable.
