May I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to [e-mail] and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order is still being processed by our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order.

Please note that once an item has been packed and labelled by our warehouse in preparation to be shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order.
