My battery is not showing any power level lights- what do I need to do?

When shipping power banks and battery packs, manufacturers are regulated to ensure the charge level of the product is 40% or below.  This makes it safer to transport these products by air and sea, but can occasionally mean that you may receive a product that has a depleted battery.  If your Couple battery is not showing any LED lights when the magic button is touched, it is likely this is the issue.

To restore your battery to working order, simply allow it to fully charge using your usual charger.  This should take between 1.5-2 hours, and upon completion your Couple Battery will be ready for use.

We recommend fully charging all of our battery packs to 100% before first use, regardless of the charge level.  You can find instructions to do this here.
